Linda began sailing as an adult  and has been actively in the sport for many years.  Linda has sailed the Pacific Coast and single-handed a boat in a race to Japan.  She has competed in numerous trans-Pac races to HawaiiA maritime attorney and former teacher, .   Linda is past president of Recreational Boaters of California. She was elected to the NWSA Board in 2005.
