Micca Hutchins is a lifelong sailor, cruising and racing Lakes Michigan and Superior, and sailing in various other parts of the world while on story assignments for SAILING Magazine. After 15 years as the head editor of SAILING Magazine, she joined dotcom SAILNET, as the content director of the portal and its editorial director. She has since been the director of the Internet Content practice at the Milwaukee, Wisconsin office of MarchFirst (the Internet Consulting company), and is currently the head of the Internet Department with the Madison, Wisconsin company of WEA Trust. She continues to sail and enjoy the unique joy of being out on the water under sail.
