Winter Workshops In Marblehead, MA

The goal of these winter workshops is to:

  • keep those women who sail active during the off season
  • reintroduce women who used to sail back to the sport or expose new sailors
  • network with other women sailors in the Marblehead area

Workshop topics cover a wide range of subjects from basic terminology and knot tying, to what makes a good crew member for racing or cruising. Pre-registration is required. The fee is $10 per workshop.  Contact Jocelyn Cook at Jocelyn.n.cook@gmail.com, to for questions or for the registration link.

The individual sessions will be on the calendar with a sign up link when it becomes available, generally two weeks prior to the workshop. All workshops will be from 7:30 to 9:00 p.m. with a 7:00 – 7:30 p.m. social hour at the host facility, SPUR, located at 6 Anderson Street, Marblehead. We appreciate their support of NWSA.
